It is important to us that you get the care and treatment that your smile deserves. Our goal is to help you achieve that care as affordably as possible while not sacrificing the comfortable and compassionate experience you know us for!
Annual Membership
Your Annual Membership fee is only $396 per year ( or $33 per month) and includes:
- 1 Comprehensive Exam
- 1 Annual Exam
- 1 Emergency Exam (to be used anytime during the year)
- 2 Cleanings (non-periodontal based)
- 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
- 2 Fluoride Treatments as necessary
- 4 Bitewing X-Rays
- Full Mouth X-Rays or Panorex (1 every 3 years)
- Any individual X-Rays as needed
- 15% Off Additional Cleanings, Dental Sealants, Fillings, Core Build-ups, Oral Surgery, and Root Canals
- 10% Off Crowns, Veneers, Periodontics, Dentures, Partials, and Implants
- $325.00 Off Boost In-Office Teeth Whitening
